The formula of the volume of a cylinder:


V=\pi r^2 H

r - the radius
H - the height

We have:
r = 7mm; H = 4mm

substitute:


V=\pi\cdot7^2\cdot4=\pi\cdot49\cdot4=196\pi\ mm^3\approx196\cdot3.14=615.44\ mm^3\approx615.4\ mm^3
