NO! Simply put because they could get severely hurt or even KILLED doing those extreme sports at such a young age. They are still growing, so it would be best to not allow them to.

My opinion:

short answer: No
I do not think that they should even have to option to, their developing brains do not need anything to stop them from growing correctly

also I want to know, what do you consider to be an extreme sport?
