Answer: 0.75

In the picture, the area that colored red is from x=5 till x=1, so the length would be: 5-1= 4 blocks. The height of all the block is the same, which is p=1. The total area of the red block would be: length * height = (5-1) * 1 = 4

The area of P(1.5≤X≤4.5) would be: length * height = (4.5-1.5) * 1= 3
The probability of P(1.5≤X≤4.5) would be: area/ total area= 3/4= 0.75
