Given,

y = -3x+1 (EQ1)
y = 2x-4 (EQ2)

Equate EQ1 and EQ2

EQ1 = EQ2
-3x+1 = 2x-4
-3x-2x = -4-1
x = 1

y = -3x+1
y = -3(1)+1
y = -3+1
y = -2

(1, -2)
