To solve this problem you must apply the proccedure shown below:

1- You must apply the formula for calculate the volume of a square pyramid and the formula for calculate the volume of a rectangular pyramid.

2- You have that the Cholula pyramid in Mexico has a height of approximately 217 feet and a base approximately 1476 feet by 1476 feet. Therefore, it is a square pyramid. So, you have:

V1=(a^2)h/3
V1=(1476 feet)^2(217 feet)/3
V1=1.58x10^8 feet^3

3- The Cheops pyramid has an approximate height of 480 feet and 755 feet by 855 feet base. It is a rectangular pyramid:

V2=lwh/3
V2=(855 feet)(755 feet)(480 feet)/3
V2=1.03x10^8 feet^3

The answer is: The Cholula pyramid has the most volume.
