What to do when excercing make you have belching and breathing problems?

STOP>>>>it can cause heart attack/ anxiety... drink plenty of water though so u won't be dehydrated..if needed take a nap to get ur body to restart...ik from experience...don't get scared though. it just ur body is overwhelmed
