A good diet can be the foundation of good health choices of food that can have an important impact on how well your body functions. Some choices can increase the risk of diseases. Some of the positive choices of food may include,
1. prevent heart disease. By making healthy food choices, it helps your diet to give you the way to control the risk of heart disease.
2. Maintain healthy eight. For example, you can eliminate or reduce empty calories which are found in food added sugars and can help reduce your caloric intake and also maintain the healthy weight.
The negative of food choices may include,
1. Increase diabetes risk. Diabetes is described in a condition where the body is responsible and effects of insulin on blood sugars.
2. Dietary Deficiencies. The nutrients which are found in the food we eat provides raw materials for chemical reactions which are responsible for property functioning of the body. If you choose to include a little number of fruits in the diet then it will risk developing chronic health conditions for example scurvy which is from low vitamin C intake.
