During an experiment roscoe tossed a fair coin 10 times and got 6 "heads". what is the probability the coin will land showing heads on roscoe's next toss?

Tossing a coin for many different times does not change the probability of getting a head (or tail) for the next toss. This indicates that the events are independent events.

So, given that the coin is fair, the probability of showing a head on the next toss is 1/2 or 0.5.

This probability does not change for all toss.
