Answer:

The answer is (2x + 3) (2x + 3) or 2x + 3^2

Simplifying the values turns 4 into 2, and 9 into 3.

(2x+3)(2x+3) is the answer. Multiply contents of brackets on each other so, 4x+6x+6x+9=4x^2+12x+9
