first you need to add the amount of total marbles. There are 10.
The probability of the first being what it was is 3/10. Three whites out of 10. Since you didn't replace the white marble, there are now 9 marbles in the bag. There are still 2 red marbles so the probability of drawing red is 2 out of 9 or 2/9.
