Drawing scale is 1.5 inches = 2 feet

So, first we convert the dimensions used in drawing to actual dimension using this scale.

1.5 inches = 2 feet
1 inch =
(2)/(1.5) feet

⇒ 7.5 inches =
(2)/(1.5) *7.5 = 10 feet
⇒ 10.5 inches =
(2)/(1.5)*10.5 = 14 feet

This means, the dimension of actual quilt are 10 feet by 14 feet. So the Area of the actual quilt will be:

Area = 10 x 14 = 140 feet²

So, area of actual quilt is 140 feet²
