The formula for the perimeter is ...
perimeter = 2*(length + width)
Substituting the given values, we have
228 cm ≤ 2*(x + 13 cm)
228 cm ≤ 2x +26 cm
202 cm ≤ 2x
101 cm ≤ x
x may be any value 101 cm or greater
