I need a list of healthy food that equals from 44 to 78 grams of fat. Show your math by listing the amount of fat in each food and the total at the bottom.

#1: Grilled Chicken: 14g of fat

#2: Salmon: 27 g of fat

#3: Avocado: 21 g of fat

#4: Broccoli: 0.5 g of fat

#5: apple: 0.3 g of fat

14g+27g+21g+0.5g +0.3g = 62.8g of fat which is in between 44 and 78g.

Avocado- 22 grams
Grilled Chicken- 6 grams
Peanut Butter- 16 grams
22+6+16=44
