There isn't enough info. We have a pair of hypotenuses that are congruent (AB and XY) based on the single tickmarks they share together. Other than that, we don't know anything about any other pairs of sides. We know that angle C = angle Z because of the square angle markers (they're both 90 degrees), but we don't know anything else about the other angles. The triangles could be congruent, or they may not be. There's no way to tell without more information.
