17.5

Explanation:

Remember you follow the rule BIDMAS,

Brackets,

Indices,

Division,

Multiplication,

Addition,

Subtraction.

According to BIDMAS, division comes first so 5 ÷ 2 = 2.5, 2.5 + 5 + 10 = 17.5
