= 8/5b + 2 + 10/3b - 4
combine like terms
= (8/5b + 10/3b) + (2 - 4)
convert to a common denominator of 15 to be able to add fractions
= (24/15b + 50/15b) - 2
add inside parentheses
= 74/15b - 2
ANSWER: 74/15b - 2
