The correct answer is C.

An apprenticeship program is a training program where a person learning a job earns a salary right from day one of their employment and training.

A person trains while they work at the same time, and they are treated as ordinary employees, with a contract of employment and holiday leave.

About 20% of the apprenticeship time is spent off the job training, at a college, university or with a training provider. It takes between one and six years to be fully trained.

All apprenticeship participants get valuable hands-on experience which helps them progress in their farther careers.
