Total number of Alphabets = 9
Total vowels in the given word = 3

So, probability of drawing a vowel = 3/9 = 1/3

This letter tile is placed again, so the number of alphabets do not change.
Total number of P in the given word = 2

So, probability of drawing a P = 2/9

Since the two events are independent, we can write:

Probability (Vowel then P) = 1/3 x 2/9 = 2/27
