G(x)= x^(4)

F(x) has the same shape as G(x) but is shifted right by 2 units. A horizontal shift towards right can be achieved by subtraction of a number from x. So in order to shift G(x) 2 units to right, we have to subtract 2 from x as shown below:

G(x - 2)

Thus,
F(x) = G(x-2)
