The triangle inside the circle is an isosceles triangle because it has two sides of equal length (radius)
So
<QOP = 180 - 2(56)
<QOP = 180 - 112
<QOP = 68

PQ is tangent to circle O at P so PQ is perpendicular to OQ
<PQO = 90

now you can find the angle x
< OPQ = <x
= 180 - 90 - 68
= 22

answer
x = 22 degrees
