The answer is 1,122 minutes per month.

Given:
monthly fee - $19
additional - $0.05 per minute
charged in a month - $75.10

Req:
number of minutes

Sol:
monthly fee + additional fee ≥ charged in a month
19 + 0.05m ≥ 75.10
0.05m ≥ 56.10
m ≥ 1,122 minutes per month

Jason used his phone service for 1,112 minutes in the span of one month
