Isaac Newton and Nicolaus Copernicus were both influential scientists of the Scientific Revolution that were both a part of the Renaissance. The man with more influence, and a pure genius that wasn't bested until the age of Tesla and Einstein, was Isaac Newton. Copernicus and Galileo both worked on the science of Astronomy, while Newton had more influence in more areas of physics and mathematics.

If it's a select, pick Copernicus and Newton, but if it's just one answer, just go with Newton.
