The first step for solving this expression is to divide 21 by 7.
3 + 20 × 100 × 2 - 3
Eliminate the opposites in the expression.
20 × 100 × 2
Multiply 20 by 100.

Do the multiplication and division first.

21 / 7 = 3

20 * 100 * 2 = 4000.

Now for the addition and subtraction. The 3 and - 3 cancel each other out.

3 + 4000 - 3 = 4000
