From the table given we find that

there is a constant 2 units increase in x.

Corresponding increase in y are 8,6,5,5

Hence slope would be between 2.5 and 4

Out of the 4 options first three options have slope as <2.

Hence these will not be repaid

Option D has slope between 2.5 and 4.

Hence this would be the appropriate regression line.
