What is one difference between government agencies and government corporations? Apex

The difference is that Government corporations are part of the private sector. However, the government has power over them. On the other hand, Independent agencies are independent of the executive department but were created by an act of Congress and are considered part of the government.

One difference between government agencies and government corporations is that goverment agencies are directly run by the goverment itself, while goverment corporations are only managed in the private sector.

Moreover, goverment agencies are aren't private entities and they belong in the public area. On the contrary, goverment corporations are private entities and they belong to the private sector.
