Based on the graph below, what is the solution of the equation f(x) = g(x)?

graph of function f of x equals negative x plus 0.5 and graph of function g of x equals x squared plus 3 multiplied by x minus 4
x = −4 and x = 1
x = −5 and x = 0.9
x = −4 and x = 0.5
x = −5 and x = −0.5

Answer:

The answer is not x = −4 and x = 1

(you can see the attachment below that I picked this and got it wrong)

Explanation:

I took the test and got it wrong.

I think the correct answer would be x = −5 and x = 0.9, because that are the x intercepts where the two points of f(x) = g(x) meet.
