Physical needs are first priority due to the fact that physically we have alot of necessities and those lead to us being able to stay functioning properly which also leads to being able to see our cognitive needs and others within our bodies.

The theory of the needs of Abraham Maslow indicates that our actions are born with the objective of satisfying our needs that can be ordered hierarchically according to the level of well-being that they can provide us. If basic needs are met, other needs that can be met appear. The physical or biological needs are those that are needed for survival, such as eating or sleeping. If we cover them, we advance to cover other needs such as cognitive needs.
