(x-2)^2 + (y-(-5))^2 = 16^2

The standard equation of circle when center is (h,k) and radius is 'r'

\left ( x - h \right )^(2) + \left ( y - k \right )^(2) = r^(2)

h = 2 and k = - 5, radius = 16

So equation of the circle is given by

\left ( x - 2 \right )^(2) + \left ( y - (-5) \right )^(2) = 16^(2)

\left ( x - 2 \right )^(2) + \left ( y + 5) \right )^(2) = 256
