The difference between the y-coordinates is 7 units. If the area is to be 42 square units, the missing coordinates must be 42/7 = 6 units to the right of those shown.
B = A +(6, 0) = (-4, 4) +(6, 0) = (-2, 4)

D = C +(6, 0) = (-4, -3) +(6, 0) = (-2, -3)

The appropriate choice is the last one, ...
(-2, 4) and (-2, -3)
