a, b, c - the length of the side of the triangle

therefore
a + b > ca + c > bb + c > a
if a ≤ b ≤ c then a + b > c
We have:
7, 7, 157 + 7 = 14 < 15 :(
16, 3, 83 + 8 = 11 < 16 :(
21, 24, 4321 + 24 = 45 > 43 :)
10, 21, 1110 + 11 = 21 = 21 :(
16, 14, 99 + 14 = 23 > 16 :)
32, 35, 3932 + 35 = 67 > 39 :)
Answer: 21, 24, 43 and 16, 14, 9 and 32, 35, 39.
