Area = PI * radius^2
78.5 = PI * radius^2
radius^2 = 78.5 / PI
radius^2 = 25
radius = 5

The circumference equals 2 * PI * radius
circumference = 2 * 3.14 * 5
circumference = 31.40 cm

If the arc length is 6 cm then is 6 / 31.40 of the circle
(6 / 31.40) * 360 = 68.7898089172 degrees
