joy' s fish tank holds 18 gallons of water. One gallon of water weighs 8.33 lb. What is the weight of the water if the tank if filled to the top?

For this case the weight of the water is given by:
W = V * w
Where,
V: tank volume
w: weight of each gallon.
Substituting values we have:
W = (18) * (8.33)
W = 149.94 lb
