Area = length × width

Length = 120 yd

Area = 57,600 yd

To find width, divide area by length

57,600 ÷ 120 = 480

Width = 480 yd = 1,440 ft
(1 yd = 3 ft and 480 × 3 = 1,440)

Hi there! Here's the equation for the area:
L*W = 57600
Let's input L (Length):
120*W = 57600
Let's isolate W by dividing both sides by 120
W = 480
The width is 480 yards wide, but because you want it in feet:
The width is 1440 feet wide (1 yard is 3 feet)
