This figure is a cylinder. We can use the formula for the surface area
A= 2 \pi r h + 2 \pi r x^(2). Since the radius is the half of the diameter, we can write that r=4.3mm. Setting
\pi = 3.14, we can calculate the height.
2*3.14*h (h+4.3) =651.13. Solving this quadratic equation we find two roots and one them is positive, which is the answer and it is approximately 8.257 mm
