In order have legal standing, plaintiffs must show that they have suffered health or financial losses. Not only do they need to show they have suffered health or financial losses they are needing to prove it came from the environment. Legal standing is defined as the ability to prove to the court and challenge the fact that you are correct within the situation you are fighting for.
