A. It is the only answer in which you could write in y=mx+b format with a slope of -4/1.

All options are slope point form with slope =-4

Explanation:

Slope point form of line when slope is m and point is (a,b ) is given by

y- b = m (x-a)

Here in all the options if we compare it with all the options we have

slope = -4 and all the options are point slope form

for example point of equation 1 is ( 2 ,-8 )
