After scaling by a factor of 10:
Length = 8x 10 = 80
Width = 3 x 10 = 30
Height = 13 x 10 = 130
Surface area = 2(80x 30) + 2(30 x 130) + 2(130 x 80) = 33400 units²
Answer: 33400 units²
