Please help :)

Greta collected data about the amount of time each student in her geography class spends studying. If the range of these data is 3, what does this reveal about the data?

All the students in her geography class spend exactly 3 hours studying.
The smallest and largest data values are 3 units away from each other.
All the students in her geography class spend an average of 3 hours studying.
The middle data value for time spent studying by all students in her class is 3 hours.

Explanation:

Its the same as the guy above. You have to subtract the min from the max. So the answer is the smallest and largest data values are 3 units away

Recall that the range is the distance between the smallest and largest values. Or put another way, it is equal to the difference of the min and max

Range = Max - Min

So if we're told the range is 3, then this means the smallest and largest data values are 3 units away from each other

Answer: Choice B
