The answer is: B. 1 in 25

Most of accidents that is caused by impaired drivers mostly occurs on the evening (the time when most people consume their alcohol). In the evening, there would be less children walking on the street due to their curfew. Because of this, the percentage of child pedestrian killed by impaired driver is also lower.

A study of 1233 traffic deaths involving children ages 0 to 14 years in 2016, 214 or 17% involved an alcohol-impaired driver. Based on that statistic, we can conclude that the chance that an impaired driver can kill a child in a pedestrian is A. 1 in 9. It is the nearest answer among the other choices.
