Volume of a cylinder is
\pi
r^(2)h. This is basically the area of a circle multiplied by the height. You can think of it as congruent circles being stacked on top of each other to create a cylinder. With the given information, all we have to do is substitute the values into the variables

V =
\pi
r^(2)h.
V =
\pi
(13)^(2)x30
V =
\pi x 169 x 30 =
\pi 5070

Hope this helps!
(btw if it asks for "exact" anything, leave the pi. Pi is the ratio of the circumference to its diameter, so not every circle will have a pi of 3.14.)
