Young people and children are quick to judge and discriminate like it's already coded for them to do so. By having certain assumptions, attitudes and discriminating, many don't receive the equality of opportunities. Some opportunities like joining a club for credit or learning to make friends to just being there to go out and about changes a lot. The fear of being discrimated against and the fear of being seen in a certain way halts each person when trying to reach for opportunities. I personally believe there is no equal protection from harm. Kids for being from a certain religion, kids for looking in a certain way, young people for being themselves, anything can change how others view than which leads to discrimination. Privilege, economic status and much more can cause harm. Being a different race or looking different can casue harm and that is not right. Assuming can go a long way and it causes harm. It also causes opportunities to slip away. Hopefully this helps!

kids seem to have the least maturity then a adult. kids get angered easily so they start to hurt others without though, adults like to try and talk it out before harm can produce.
