A ball was thrown with an initial upward velocity of 80 ft./s from an initial height of 4 feet right in equation for H the height of the ball in feet T seconds after it was thrown

That would be-
f(t)=80t+4
How I worked that out-
f(x)=mx+b
b= the y intercept which is 4
mx= your slope, which is 80t
f(t) is your height
