Whats (0,5), m=1/3 in point-slope form

y-5 = (1/3)(x)

You can look at Khan Academy for how to write an equation in point-slope form but I think it's pretty self explanatory.

y - (the y value in the point) = (slope)*(x - (the x value in the point))
