-4 log8 x - 2 = 6
log8 x - 2 = 6/-4 = -3/2
log(x-2)/log8 = -3/2 ; log8 = 0.903089987
log(x-2)/0.903089987= -3/2
log(x-2) = -1.35463498
10 ^ -1.35463498 = x-2
x = 2.044194174
