The correct answer should be
synecdoche.
Synecdoche is a figure of speech where a part of something is used to represent the whole thing, or vice versa. In the example above, the word heart refers to her entire being, not only to her heart. There is no alliteration (repetition of the same consonant) or synesthesia (mixture of senses) in the excerpt above.
