y-------> the number of houses in hector's subdivision

we know that
(x/4)+15=y----> equation 1
y=47-----> equation 2

substitute equation 2 in equation 1
(x/4)+15=47-----> multiply by 4----> x+60=188-----> x=128

the answer is
the number of houses in antonio's subdivision are 128
