You are given the two legs of the rectangular triangle, therefore, in order to find the angle, you need to apply the tangent definition:
tan(x) = Opposite leg / Adjacent leg

Now, invert the formula:
x = tan⁻¹(O / A)
= tan⁻¹ (880 / 1450)
= tan⁻¹ (0.60689)
= 31.25°

Hence, angle x is 31°.
