10 + 5 + 1 = 16 - all balls
The probability that the first ball is red:

P(R)=(10)/(16)=(5)/(8)
The probability that the second ball is black:

P(B)=(1)/(15)
Together:

P(R)\cdot P(B)=(5)/(8)\cdot(1)/(15)=(1)/(24)
