If the circumference of the base=126 cm and h=10 cm, find the volume

The formula for the volume of a cylinder (I'm assuming this is a cylinder) is
V=Pi*r^2*h

You know the circumference which is 126
Circumference C=2*Pi*r, so you can determine r
126=2*Pi*r
r=20.05cm

Now go back and substitute your numbers in the original equation:
V=Pi*r^2*h
V=12633.72cm^3
