We know that
f(x)=3x+1 and
g(x)=x^2-6; to find
( (g)/(f) )(x) we are going to divide
g(x) by
f(x):

( (g)/(f) )(x)= (x^2-6)/(3x+1)
Since the denoinatorcan't be zero:

3x+1 \\eq 0

x \\eq - (1)/(3)

We can conclude that the correct answer is A.
(x^2-6)/(3x+1)
x \\eq - (1)/(3)
